Franz Ferdinand: Conservative, irritable, hot-tempered, very good shooter. Deeply in love with his wife (who he was technically not allowed to marry, and their children can never inherit the Austro-Hungarian crown).

Gavrilo Princip: Intelligent and edgy teen obsessed with building a greater Yugoslavia (with Serbia being to Yugoslavia what Piedmont was to Italy). Was influenced by the Bogdan Žerajić’s attempt to assassinate a governor. All the other conspirators heavily resemble this basic profile.

Black Hand: A Serbian secret military society. We know that they at least supplied the conspirators with weapons. Probably orchestrated the entire assassination plot. Important distinction between them and most of the conspirators: they wanted a Pan-Serbia and not a greater Yugoslavia.
